The First 90 Days

Step 1 - Whole Client Discovery Process - In our Discovery Process we start by learning about you, your core values, goals, and resources. This step includes everything we need to know to properly assess your situation and propose solutions to your concerns.
You will learn more about us and how working together could be helpful to you.

Step 2 - Investment Design and Planning – Using the information we gathered in our Discovery Meeting, you’ll receive an analysis of your current situation. This includes a written Investment Plan, along with our recommendations to help you achieve your goals.

You'll see how we can help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you need to be to reach your goals. This plan forms the foundation for our work together.

Step 3 - Mutual Commitment Meeting – If, after reviewing your Investment Plan, we are both comfortable working together, we'll begin implementing your investment plan.

With this step we launch a systematic review of every aspect of your financial situation over the next several quarters to be sure it meets your current needs, takes advantage of your opportunities, and minimizes your risks.

Step 4 - 45 Day Meeting – In this step, we make sure you understand your new Raymond James statements and help you organize your important documents. The result is that you and/or your appointee will be able to quickly locate your wills, trusts, insurance policies, deeds, etc., whenever there is a need going forward.

Step 5 - Advanced Planning, Continuous Monitoring & Quarterly Reviews - The Quarterly Reviews give us an opportunity to review any new developments in your personal or financial life and make adjustments as needed.

In addition, we along with your CPA, attorney and other advisors, will address - one at a time - the needs, opportunities and risks that have been identified so that after a few quarters every aspect of your financial situation will have been reviewed and updated. Our Two-Year Cycle centers around the Quarterly Review. At each Quarterly Review we'll focus on one area of your finances. We designed a roadmap to address every part of your financial life.

Although this schedule is comprehensive, it is also flexible. That means your individual needs and circumstances can modify or accelerate the schedule.

Our Quarterly Review begins with a discussion of any material changes in your personal or financial situation. Also, you will receive a report on your progress toward your goals. In addition, we conduct a systematic review of the following elements of your financial situation. For some clients, items may be added and others omitted as their unique circumstances require.
